Have been here quite a few times. Lovely dining in consevatory with fab views. Food has always been delicious and staff always really nice. I usually go at lunch time and it is really quiet. I hope evenings are mega busy because they deserve to be. Come on Bridgnorth support them lunch times too.
Excellent service - stayed B&B and had the 4 poster room 😎 Nice breakfast, attentive staff and brilliant views across the river. Also love the roaming chickens 👍

A very nice place to go for a meal. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The service was prompt and the food arrived without a long wait. The restaurant was very comfortable with nice chairs and tables. The whole place was beautifully decorated in a light colour and was not overdone with pictures and objects. The food was excellent and very nicely presented.
Fabulous staff. Wonderful service. Very comfortable stay in the heart of bridgenorth, near the river and cliff railway. Huge credit to Martin and his team.

I have never had a bad meal here. Even their cheaper meals are as good as the more expensive ones, I usually have the gammon which is only about £10. You must book ahead though as they are very popular, I’m sure they are rated number 1 for bridgnorth on another review app. The sticky toffee pudding is worth saving space in your belly for!
Really old pub in bridgrnorth. Full of character and history. Very clean. Staff friendly and welcoming . Worth a visit.
The Old Castle, W Castle St, Bridgnorth WV16 4AB, UK – 01746 711420
One of Bridgnorth's better pubs. The Castle has a lovely beer garden that overlooks the back of the town. The pub consistently has a good selection of beer on tap. A must for the real ale drinker visiting the town. There is a good selection of food as well, although it is cooked to order, meaning that wait times can be a little long during busy periods, I would definitely bare this in mind when ordering.
Just popped in whilst on a day out to Bridgenorth. Most fantastic food we have EVER had!! Food quality is amazing and the portion sizes are huge. Staff were friendly. It was dog and child friendly and has a beautiful rear beer garden.

What a lovely place, found this pub while on a country drive with the family, the carvery was outstanding, the pub had a very homely feel yet there is a high quality feel to it also. Found the staff very friendly and we’re brilliant with the children which is rare nowadays as sometimes I feel the children get treated as 2nd class citizens in some pubs. Overall a lovely meal and experience, will be visiting again for sure.
We attended a wedding at this venue on 30th June 18 - Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. They were happy to assist in all aspects and ensured that the wedding went according to plan. The wedding setting was beautiful, the carvery food was great and the buffet in the evening was exceptional. We would recommend this venue to anyone considering any event albeit a wedding or a birthday, christening etc...

Sweet place nice rooms a little on the small side. Lovely owners and warm welcome breakfast wasn't rushed and was good quality
This place is warm welcoming and very friendly with really lovely hosts Linda and David. Accommodation and food is all of an extremely high standard and well deserved of the five stars that i have scored it. Have been visiting the Croft for many years and hopefully many years to come.

The owner was really nice and welcoming and the breakfast was really nice. I really enjoyed my stay.
This is a pleasant home from home bed and breakfast establishment with an excellent large bedroom and residents lounge. Very good home cooked breakfast using fresh local ingredients served by the friendly hostess.
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

Beautiful place. So relaxing and peaceful. Very clean and had everything you need. Darren and Kate are lovely and there if you needed anything. Would certainly recommend this place. Stayed Monday to Friday and wish we could have stayed longer.
Owner Darren on site very friendly and helpful. Cottage very clean and well equipped. Outdoor seating also. One of the best places we've been to.
The Dinney Holiday Cottages, Chelmarsh, Bridgnorth WV16 6AU, UK – 01746 861070
Superb venue in a beautiful area. This self catering cottage is modern with large open rooms ideal for big family events. It caters for upto 16 persons. The quality and cleanliness is excellent and the owners are very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
My wife Pam, booked Kingfisher 'cottage' for my birthday and our 40th Wedding anniversary. We took three daughters, two sons in law and two grandchildren, and we all had a fantastic time. Being only nine of us there was so much room to find our own space. The grandkids found freedom, oh and the responsibility of fetching logs, and the 'adult' children could sit over much wine and talk. We joined them for a while, but then found peace in front of a log fire in the spacious lounge. Until they all joined us of course. Would most certainly recommend.

This is an amazing place to stay. My wife and I have stayed there multiple times and love it. We are always warmly welcomed and then left alone in the cottage to be on vacation. If we need something the owner is next door and easily available. It is so clean and spacious and pretty here. We have had my father in law stay with us, my sister, and our daughter and her best friend also, on different visits. It is the best place to stay in Bridgnorth. We can't wait to come back again.
