Stayed for 1 night nice hotel but was told breakfast was from 6.45 to 9am. Went down for breakfast @ 6.45 and waited till 7.10am no one around everything locked up. So we left without breakfast after paying for it.
An old fashiond hotel if we are going to stay in bridgnorth we always try and stay here before we try anywhere else

Lovely pub. Very welcoming staff. But was expecting more from the meal. Had better meals. But will go back and give it another try. Might have been just what we ordered
The old castle is a beautiful old pub which offers good quality, reasonably priced home cooked meals. The landlord, Bryn, has an individual sense of humour and really makes the atmosphere in the pub. There are many repeat visits by diners and drinkers alike, many locals and tourists. Food is served at lunchtime and evenings. It is essential to book Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtimes. There is a super beer garden for the warmer weather looking out over part of the Severn Valley Railway

Sweet place nice rooms a little on the small side. Lovely owners and warm welcome breakfast wasn't rushed and was good quality
This place is warm welcoming and very friendly with really lovely hosts Linda and David. Accommodation and food is all of an extremely high standard and well deserved of the five stars that i have scored it. Have been visiting the Croft for many years and hopefully many years to come.
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

The Dinney Holiday Cottages, Chelmarsh, Bridgnorth WV16 6AU, UK – 01746 861070
My wife Pam, booked Kingfisher 'cottage' for my birthday and our 40th Wedding anniversary. We took three daughters, two sons in law and two grandchildren, and we all had a fantastic time. Being only nine of us there was so much room to find our own space. The grandkids found freedom, oh and the responsibility of fetching logs, and the 'adult' children could sit over much wine and talk. We joined them for a while, but then found peace in front of a log fire in the spacious lounge. Until they all joined us of course. Would most certainly recommend.
It is a great place away from the main road and a short walk from the nearest public house. Karen is amazing. The ensuite room is beautiful. just a great place to stay and we will be back.

This is an amazing place to stay. My wife and I have stayed there multiple times and love it. We are always warmly welcomed and then left alone in the cottage to be on vacation. If we need something the owner is next door and easily available. It is so clean and spacious and pretty here. We have had my father in law stay with us, my sister, and our daughter and her best friend also, on different visits. It is the best place to stay in Bridgnorth. We can't wait to come back again.
