Local Restaurants & Places to Eat around Bridgnorth

Thai Arts

69 St Marys St, Bridgnorth WV16 4DR, UK – 01746 768980

Beautiful food. Good service. Only criticism is would have liked larger rice portion :)

Staff are attentive and keen to make sure you enjoy your meal. The menu is varied and has a good range of meals with lots of chilli and those without. There are some set meals too for those who don't know what to choose for the best. Portion sizes are good. It is a small restaurant so worth reserving a table on Friday and Saturday evenings. Midweek evenings tend to be a bit quieter. Open some lunchtimes too.

Prezzo Bridgnorth

52 High St, Bridgnorth WV16 4DX, UK – 01746 765620

We have just had a lovely meal here. The food was perfectly cooked-compliments to the chef(s), and the service was excellent. We were made to feel most welcome and well looked after, despite the place being very busy. The two ladies and one gentleman who served us were very pleasant and efficient. Thanks to all involved; we will definitely visit again, and recommend!!!!

Food was good although they did skimp out on the steak on my steak and rocket salad. Service on the other hand, below average. We were nearly charged for drinks we had ordered 20 minutes before we decided to leave, but they were never received.

Casa Ruiz

45 High St, Bridgnorth WV16 4DX, UK – 01746 218084

Love this place. Proper authentic tapas in this tiny rustic attic restaurant. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Reccomend booking especially Fridays and Saturdays as they are so good they are always fully booked!!!

Casa Ruiz offers a traditional Spanish Tapas menu. With an authentic taverna experience provided by their rustic setting and Spanish music. Specials are regularly updated accompanying a varied menu, some dishes suitable for vegetarians. Patatas Bravas, Gambas Al Pil Pil and a number of Chorizo dishes within Casa Ruiz's traditional menu, all of which have a useful English description of what they are. The wine menu is extensive, however you can't go wrong with the House red Rioja. The prices of dishes vary, a table of 4 guests could look to spend between £80-£100 depending on drinks (that includes one bottle of wine for the table). So around £20-£25 a head. Booking is essential on weekends as they are extremely busy!
