Helpful staff but unfortunately hamstrung by processes and procedures. Not ideal that they're not open at weekends.

Fascinating place for a visit and lovely little cafe. The stained glass windows are amazing. One of the other reviewers noted a lack of a British flag. I didn't notice to be honest but there are stunning stained glass windows in the old court room with the symbols of each part of the UK and through into the cafe the windows show kings, queens (up to Victoria I think) and parts of the empire. Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable lady in the cafe area who was really patient discussing the buildings history. Highly recommended.
It seems that few people are aware of the brilliant little tea room that sits upstairs in the Town Hall. If you're in town and looking for somewhere to sit and relax out of the hustle of the street, then definitely venture up there. There's lots to read too about the history of Bridgnorth and surrounding area and you have the chance to see the wonderful stained glass that's not really obvious from outside.

I don't go to the dentist to be entertained, I've used them for years and never had any problems with the work.
I have now had two separate treatment appointments at Regency House - one for a couple of fillings, and one emergency appointment for a broken tooth/lost filling. I would agree that Paul is not very outgoing or 'jolly', but I strongly suspect that this is as a result of shyness and not general personality. I am naturally outgoing and 'chatty' and today (when I received my emergency treatment) we were actually laughing about flavoured anaesthetic and trying to decide on what flavour would be best. I have found him to be a perfectly adequate and professional dentist, who is deft and swift. The young dental nurses are just that - young - and respond well to some lighthearted conversation. I would agree that the 'front of house' staff are a bit off-putting, but all in all I have experienced a lot worse. The practice is clean and tidy, and whilst he is quiet and rather withdrawn, I suspect Paul is actually just shy. Try talking pleasantly to him and he responds likewise.

Poor centre management. Centre manager does not seem to want to interface with the patients. Patients can help if given the chance.

really good hospital, excellent maternity unit, apart from one appalling member of staff named Beverley, she is rude, abrupt, doesn't listen or have any sympathy for un-well patients

Brilliant food and service, the staff couldn't do enough to help. Can't wait to visit again!
We went to Prezzo Bridgnorth early this evening for a pre-theatre meal. The restaurant, although quite large, has a lovely intimate atmosphere with a fireplace and log burner. We were greeted and seated promptly. We ordered drinks and opted for the 2 course menu @ £10.50 per person. There was a very good choice and the food was very tasty, nicely presented and the portions were generous. The staff were friendly and service was good. All in all a very pleasurable experience. We would have no hesitation in returning if we are back in Bridgnorth

Had dinner here while on holiday in the area. A good menu and drinks selection including vegetarian options. Everything is beautifully served and the food is delicious. Not a large place but a good atmosphere with "salon jazz" relaxed music to complete a very pleasant experience.
Great value lunch menu. Good choice , very tasty food. Well presented. Good Service
